About these terms
These terms apply to purchases from zoedancewear.com, operated by ZoeDancewear (“we”, “us”), based in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, China. By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Shipping & Delivery, Refund and Returns and Privacy pages.
Our products
We sell ballet uniform and accessories grouped by training level. We take care to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors may vary slightly by screen and production batch. Uniform rules differ between schools and examination centers and can change. Please always confirm the current requirements with your school or center before ordering. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Royal Academy of Dance or any other examination body.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email and dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Prices do not include import duties, VAT or other taxes charged by customs on delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping is added at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely by Stripe. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Delivery
We ship from China. Delivery times are estimates and are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us. Please check your address before ordering.
Returns and cancellation rights
Our returns terms are on the Refund and Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer, including the right to cancel distance contracts within 14 days where it applies in your country.
Sizing
Our size guides and size finder suggest a size based on height and weight. They are a guide only. If your dancer is between sizes, contact us before ordering.
Custom and group orders
Quotes for school and group orders are not binding until confirmed in writing by us. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
Our liability
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or our negligence. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for delays outside our control, or for customs charges. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that the law does not allow us to limit.
Accounts and security
If you create an account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and the courts of Shanghai have jurisdiction, where the law allows. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
