Description

A soft stretch band with numbered hand loops, for stretching and flexibility training before and after ballet class.

Numbered loops: hold a loop or put a foot through one, and adjust the stretch by moving up or down the band.
Soft stretch fabric: comfortable in the hands and on the foot.
Three colors: Blush Pink, Pale Blue and Black with red edges.
Three lengths: 8, 10 or 12 loops. More loops give a longer band.

Use gently and stop if anything hurts. A stretch band is a training aid and does not replace guidance from a teacher.

Start with your dancer's height, then check weight. Our size finder suggests the closest size for each uniform level. If your dancer is between two sizes, or you would like exact garment measurements before ordering, contact us.
